SO WHAT'S A RUMBA??
Many dancers consider the rumba to be the most erotic and sensual Latin dance for its relatively slow rhythm, hip movement and 4/4 timing. American style rumba is characterized by the Cuban motion and hip sway arising from the bending and straightening of the knee. Also known as “The Dance of Love,” the American rumba is thought to have also contributed to the origin of the cha-cha as well.
